Mr. Rishi Roy
Biography
As an active member of the Association of Entrepreneurs (AOE), Rishi contributes to conversations on AI adoption, product-led growth, and the ethical use of data. He works closely with AOE founders and members, including Abhijit Roy, CEO of Aapna Infotech and a founding member of AOE to explore how Indian entrepreneurs can leverage AI, automation, and low-code tools to create compounding advantage in their sectors.
Rishi’s next chapter brings together his two deepest obsessions: artificial intelligence and preventative health. He is currently designing an AI-powered “health agent” that helps people interpret blood work, lifestyle patterns, and medical history to design high-nutrient, smoothie-based protocols for specific health challenges—starting with metabolic health, inflammation, and mental well-being. The intent is to make these protocols and tools freely accessible as a public good, independent of any commercial product, so that individuals and families can benefit regardless of income or geography.
This journey began at home. Drawing inspiration from plant-based, high-nutrient protocols, Rishi designed an AI assisted research based green smoothie and juice for his mother, who was managing glaucoma under medical supervision. The results were encouraging enough to turn this into a serious area of study rather than a side experiment. He is now applying the same disciplined, data-driven approach to his own lifelong struggle with weight and a more recent struggle with mood.
Through his work at Mera Monitor, his role in AOE, and this open, AI-driven health initiative, Rishi is focused on a single question: how can we use AI not just to work better, but to live longer, clearer, and more fully alive, and ensure that knowledge is available to everyone, not just the privileged few?
